Refund policy

LAUNCHERS. Unused, unfired launchers in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup for a refund. Fired or used launchers cannot be returned, but are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Bring your launcher to the store or contact us and we will handle the warranty claim with Byrna.

 

CO2 CYLINDERS, PROJECTILES AND PEPPER SPRAY. Final sale for safety reasons. Damaged or defective items will be replaced; contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos.

 

HOLSTERS, ALARMS AND ACCESSORIES. Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup.

 

REFUNDS. Refunds go to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item. Shipping and delivery charges are not refunded unless we made an error. To start a return, email admin@byrnaleeward.com or call (808) 289-8870 with your order number.
